Description: Each township section is divided into quadrants. The first digit of each parcel block number denotes the quadrant in which it is located: northwest quadrant parcel blocks are numbered from 100-199; northeast quadrant parcel blocks are numbered from 200-299, southwest quadrant parcel blocks are numbered from 300-399, and southeast quadrant parcel blocks are numbered from 400-499. Parcel blocks are numbered sequentially within each quadrant. Parcel block numbers from 500-599 denote tracts of land owned by a railroad.
